- Maximum weight: 30kg per package
- Minimum weight: 0.1kg
The maximum weight varies by shipping carrier. At Ontact Korea, we try not to exceed 30 kg per package to minimize the risk of damage.
Delivery Time
- FedEx: 3-5 business days
- UPS: 3-7 business days
- EMS: 5-10 business days
- K-Packet: 7-14 business days

Actual charges may vary depending on factors such as customs conditions in each country, fuel surcharges, additional fees for remote areas and box size and weight. Please note that there may be differences between the estimated amount shown and the final invoiced amount.
Shipping availability may vary according to each destination country situation.
Customs duties and taxes are not included either in the estimated shipping fee or the final shipping invoice (unless notified otherwise). Those fees are borne by the receiver.
