📍 Free Korean Address
Just need a Korean address?
Use our warehouse address together with your Space Code when shopping on any Korean website.
We'll receive your parcels and keep them free of charge for up to 90 days.
⚠️ Packages must be shipped within 90 days. Items left beyond this period will be discarded.
🏠 My Storage
You'll receive an email notification each time a new package arrives. In your Ontact Korea Dashboard, you can view package photos, weight, and details.
Before requesting shipment, please ensure that the content information of each package is filled in, this is required for customs declaration.

Select our "Check Content" option for an additional $5 per tracking number.
🛒 My Custom Order
Need help purchasing from a Korean store?
Submit your request through the 'Custom Order Request' page on our platform.
After reviewing it, we'll issue an invoice. Once payment is received, our team will complete the purchase for you.
💰 Fees include:
Product cost
Domestic shipping to our warehouse (if charged by the seller)
Custom Order fee: $1 / 2 000₩ per purchase link
📸 You'll be able to view a photo of your item once it arrives.
Custom Order items also include 90 days of free storage, after which they will be discarded

📱 Bunjang Purchases
Your gateway to Korea's second-hand market!
Bunjang is Korea's largest resale platform — a great place to find unique items and bargains.
With Ontact Korea, you can conveniently buy from Bunjang directly on our platform.
How it works:
Browse items in our Bunjang Store
Complete your payment
We handle the purchase for you
💰 Handling fee explained:
No inspection $1.5 - We just receive the box and upload it to your space
Inspection $3 - We receive the item, snap a picture and upload it to your space
Bunjang items follow the same 90-day free storage policy as other packages.
⚠️ Bunjang orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
⚠️ Custom Order requests for Bunjang items are not accepted.
📦 Shipping Services
You can ship all your items, self-purchased, Custom Orders, and Bunjang purchases, together through your Ontact Korea account.
Simply:

Submit your shipping request
We pack, invoice, and ship once payment is completed
💰 Shipping fees include:
International shipping (based on destination, size, and weight)
Repacking fee for combined packages ($1 / 2 000₩ per kg of the final box when combining 2 or more packages)
Optional add-on packing services (Fragile Stickers, Vacuum Packaging, Ontact Korea Loss Insurance)

📦 Repacking Fee Details
No repacking fee for single-package shipments
$1 / 2 000₩ per kg of the final box repacking fee applies when combining 2 or more packages
Extra Packing Options:
Fragile Stickers: $2
Vacuum Packaging: $3 / 5 000₩ (reduces volume of items like plushies or clothes)
Ontact Korea Insurance: $10 / 15 000₩ per box (covers courier loss)
💡 Tip: As you select packages for shipment, the system will show the estimated total weight, perfect for planning your shipping efficiently.
If you want only one box packed, select the "Single Box" option. Any items that don't fit will be returned to your space. If no option is selected, we'll pack all items into as few boxes as possible.
⚠️ All shipping invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance, this applies to all members

Please also review your chosen courier's prohibited items list in advance.
➕ Extra Services
Split Service
Want to divide your items into multiple boxes?
Use our Split Service, perfect for smaller or separate shipments.
Fee: $5 per final split box.
Requests must be submitted before a shipping request.
Inclusion Service
This service lets you remove specific items (like photo cards from albums) and repackage them separately.
We carefully open the product, extract the item, and repack it.
Fee: $1 per opened product.
