How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees depend on:

  • Box size (dimensions)

Tip: Combining packages into one box usually helps reduce shipping costs.

How long does it take to receive my invoice?
Once you submit your shipping request, our team will:
  • Repack your items
  • Measure the final box
  • Calculate shipping and service fees
You will receive your invoice within 2 business days if we can't meet this expectation we will issue a shipping discount coupon to use right away.
Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping fees (unless stated otherwise).
These charges may vary depending on:

  • Declared package value
  • Type of items shipped
Can I pay customs fees before shipping?
For shipments to the United States (US) only, it's possible to prepay the custom tax through 2 shipping options:
  • Fedex Prepaid
  • All inclusive shipping
Can I change my shipping request after submitting it?
You can cancel a submitted shipping request until it changes to packing status. After the request is in packing status no modification can be made.
What happens if my package is lost during shipping?
If you selected the paid option Ontact Korea loss insurance, we cover the total value in case of package loss.
