about our Custom Order Service
- How much is the custom order fee?
- Our handling fee is 2 000 ₩ / $1 per product link. This fee covers order placement and basic order management.
- How long does it take to get an invoice?
- You will usually receive your invoice within 1 hour to 24 hours after submitting your request, depending on business hours and product availability.
- Can you buy from any Korean website?
- Yes. We can purchase from most Korean online stores, including malls, brand shops, and marketplace platforms.
- Can you buy limited items?
- We will try our best to source limited or rare items, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend the Bunjang store for sold out goods.
- Do you check the item?
- Yes. We take photos when the item arrives to verify condition, quantity, and correctness.
- Can I cancel my custom order?
- Orders can only be canceled before they are placed with the seller. Once ordered, cancellation may not be possible.
- What if the seller sends the wrong item?
- We will contact the seller and assist with exchanges or returns when possible.
- What is the difference between Korean Address and Custom Order?
Korean Address Service
