about our Korean Address Service
- Is there any storage monthly fee?
- No. Storage is free for up to 90 days for every new package. You must submit a shipping request within this period to avoid package disposal.
- Can my box be stored more than 90 days?
- No. All packages received at our Korean warehouse include 90 days of free storage, and this period cannot be extended. If the deadline is exceeded, the package will be discarded.
- What's a space code?
- A space code is your unique personal identification code that links packages to your account. You must include it at the end of our address when placing orders.
- Can I send envelopes or small mail to the warehouse?
- Yes. We accept packages and envelopes of all sizes, including small mail and documents.
- Where can I find my free Korean Address?
- After signing up on ontactkorea.net, your personal Korean address and space code will appear on your dashboard.
- What happens if I forget to write my space code?
- If your space code is missing, you can still claim your package by submitting a request through our Lost Request page.
