Reliable Service, POV First-Time Buyer

I discovered Ontact Korea on Instagram and decided to try their service to get a JELLO JELLO gel nail polish from South Korea. Through their app, I submitted a “Custom Order Request” asking Ontact staff to purchase the item for me. After paying them via PayPal on February 15, 2026, Ontact received the package at their warehouse on February 26. I requested shipping to the US and to pay for shipping, I had to use a separate service, WISE, to send money in Korean won, which was a bit confusing. The package arrived safely on March 9, undamaged with all items present. Overall, the process worked well, though the payment steps were a little confusing. Thank you to the Ontact Korea team for making it possible to get hard-to-find products from Korea to the US safely.
