UPS Season Surcharge Update Notice

Dear Ontact users,

We would like to inform you that UPS has introduced a Season Surcharge, which affects UPS international shipping rates.

As a result, UPS shipping prices will be adjusted starting today (2026-06-26). This update applies to all shipping invoices issued from today onward.

Please note that this is not a pricing change initiated by Ontact Korea. The increase comes directly from UPS, and we are required to reflect this adjustment in our shipping fees accordingly to continue offering the best services.

This update applies only to UPS shipping rates. FedEx, EMS, K-Packet, and Inclusive Shipping remain unchanged.

For upcoming shipments, we strongly recommend using our Shipping Calculator to check the most up-to-date rates before requesting shipment.
