Everything was well packaged and no items were missing, the staff team is always so helpful with my questions and providing assistance. I tried the all inclusive shipping option this time and it was great! There was one small hiccup when Ontact said it arrived several days before it actually did, but the tracking number was still updating with the actual progress & I received the package with no issues or extra fees (like customs)!

From the start, everything was super easy and well explained! The websites UI is very intuitive and makes a lot of sense. There were enough delivery companies and I didn’t expect my package to arrive that quickly (around 4 days) after requesting shipment. The albums were securely packaged and arrived with no flaws.
